Acceptance
By using Lodgelivo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Lodgelivo is operated by JRAM Technologies LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
Accounts
You must be 18+ to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Verify your phone and email when prompted; SMS verification codes are transactional and required to secure your account.
Marketplace role
Lodgelivo connects travelers with independent hosts. Hosts are responsible for their own listings, pricing, availability, cancellation policies, house rules, and on-site service. Lodgelivo is not the host or lessor of any property.
Bookings
- Bookings are either instant (auto-confirmed) or request-to-book (host must approve within a reasonable time).
- The price shown at booking — nightly rate, cleaning fee, taxes, and service fee — is what you owe the host for the stay.
- Cancellation refunds are governed by the property's cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict) shown on the listing page and confirmed at booking time.
- Dates may be changed before check-in subject to availability and the host's policy.
Payments
When managed payment processing is enabled, Lodgelivo collects payment at the moment determined by the host's settings (typically at check-in). Until then, payment is collected directly by the host at check-in.
SMS & email
You consent to receive transactional SMS and email from Lodgelivo as described in our Privacy Policy. You may reply
STOP to any SMS to opt out.Acceptable use
You won't use Lodgelivo to spam, harass, list illegal properties, commit fraud, or otherwise violate applicable law. Lodgelivo may suspend or remove any listing or account that violates these terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". Lodgelivo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lodgelivo disclaims all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lodgelivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid through your Lodgelivo account in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or via email.
