What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in / late check-out may be available at the front desk for a fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in on most direct bookings. After that, the first night may be charged. Your confirmation shows the exact policy for your stay.
How do I pay?
You won't be charged at booking — the property confirms your reservation and settles your folio at check-out. We accept major cards; airline vouchers and confirmation codes can be added to your booking for front-desk review.
Do you offer airport shuttles?
Most Lodgelivo hotels offer airport and local transfers. Request one at the front desk or in your booking; pickup time, passengers, and luggage can be specified.
How do I see my trips?
Sign in from “My trips” to view your reservations, dates, and folio.
